Maintenance

The Maintenance PERSON troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.

Pay Rate : $24.00 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Shift: FULL TIME/DAY SHIFT: M-F: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Some weekend and evening overtime is requested by the client as needed

Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
• Handle heavy workload of calls
• Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return 
• Manage workload and job scheduling
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
• Keep manager informed of customer feedback
• Communicate effectively and promptly
• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
• Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
• When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups 
• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required


Preferred Qualifications :
• One (1) year of prior HVAC or mechanical technician experience is preferred
• One (1) year of prior EXPERIENCE in related field About Us
