The Field HR Administrator provides comprehensive support for human resources initiatives across assigned restaurant brands. This role is responsible for HR reporting, data analysis, operational execution, onboarding coordination, and administrative support for field teams. The position partners closely with HR centers of excellence and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of HR programs and processes.This role delivers both complex and routine administrative services while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with organizational objectives. The position is hybrid, based at the Tampa Restaurant Support Center, with an expectation of three days per week onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administrative SupportServe as a first point of contact for general HR inquiries from field leaders and associates; ensure timely follow-up and resolutionProvide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation, transactions, and process coordinationProcess employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, demotions, job changes, and terminationsPartner with Legal and internal stakeholders on preparation and processing of employment-related documentationMaintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsSupport preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials for field HR initiativesData ReportingGenerate, analyze, and report on key HR and operational metricsEvaluate trends related to hiring, turnover, payroll, and workforce activityDevelop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-makingTroubleshoot data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy and integrity of HR dataTrack completion of required training and onboarding programsOnboarding & Recruiting CoordinationCoordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, including managers-in-training and industry hiresMonitor, process, and adjudicate background checksSupport field recruiting efforts and provide administrative support to HR RecruitersTrack onboarding progress and ensure completion of all required documentation and compliance activitiesPayroll & Compensation SupportManage payroll-related actions including transfers, internal hires, LOAs, terminations, and correctionsAnalyze payroll-related data (e.g., missed punches, make pay, overpayments) and identify trends or opportunities for improvementCoordinate compensation approval processes with Compensation teams and field leadershipReview and validate employee referral and sign-on bonus submissions; track and manage bonuses and coordinate timely processing with Payroll.HR Programs & Project SupportAssist in the design, planning, and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiativesParticipate in cross-functional projects to improve HR processes, systems, and operational effectivenessCoordinate distribution of program materials, timelines, and actions to ensure successful executionSupport organizational initiatives aligned with talent management, inclusion, and leadership development strategiesREQUIREMENTSExperience/Skills:Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 1 years of HR experienceEffective interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsMust be knowledgeable of federal, state, and local employment lawsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAdvanced computer proficiency skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and HRIS systemsAbility to appropriately plan and organize, administer, and prioritize, and monitor and evaluate the workflow of projects and activitiesSelf-motivated, able to work independently and navigate through ambiguity to provide simple solutionsBloomin' Brands offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
