The Senior Product Manager plays a key leadership role in the successful delivery of client engagements, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment while fostering trust‑based relationships with both clients and internal teams. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands‑on execution, driving project success through effective communication, risk management, and proactive problem‑solving. Role and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication and alignment throughout each project. Build trusted relationships with executive and project stakeholders to anticipate needs, surface risks early, and drive mutual accountability. Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, retrospectives, and executive updates with professionalism and clarity. Translate technical concepts into business‑friendly communication to ensure client understanding and confidence. Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and dependencies. Lead sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to ensure consistent progress and continuous improvement. Maintain project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, and progress reports, using RevStar’s delivery frameworks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with RevStar’s quality standards. Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and UX Designers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution. Facilitate alignment between delivery teams and clients, ensuring both business and technical objectives are met. Identify and remove blockers to keep teams productive and focused on value delivery. Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and margins to ensure profitability targets are met. Identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation plans and communicating impacts proactively to stakeholders. Support change control processes for scope adjustments, ensuring all changes are documented and approved. Contribute to the evolution of RevStar’s project management playbooks, templates, and delivery processes. Mentor junior project managers or coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Participate in internal retrospectives to identify lessons learned and opportunities for greater delivery efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience managing software development or technology consulting projects. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross‑functional teams. Strong client‑facing and communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences. Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in fast‑paced environments. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. PMP, CSM, or PMI‑ACP certification preferred. AWS Cloud Practitioner or familiarity with AWS cloud‑native environments a plus.
