About the Opportunity A growing senior living organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to support and elevate sales performance across a portfolio of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout Illinois. This leadership role is responsible for driving occupancy growth, developing high-performing sales teams, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and partnering closely with operational leaders to achieve market and community objectives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic coach, relationship builder, and sales strategist with a passion for serving seniors and their families . Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and support to community-based sales and marketing teams across multiple locations. Drive occupancy growth through strategic sales planning, execution, and performance management. Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive data to identify opportunities and improve results. Partner with Executive Directors and operational leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Conduct regular community visits to assess performance, support team development, and ensure best practices are consistently executed. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales professionals. Support communities in managing lead generation, conversion strategies, referral development, and resident move-in processes. Foster relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, professional organizations, and community partners. Ensure CRM utilization, reporting accuracy, and adherence to company sales processes. Lead and participate in regional meetings, sales trainings, and strategic planning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry. Multi-site sales management experience strongly prefered. Demonstrated success driving occupancy growth and exceeding sales goals. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies to improve performance. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
