Production Operator I

Responsible for overseeing daily inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role serves as the link between quality and Ops by driving consistent inspection practices, timely resolution of quality inspection issues, and overall quality performance in a manufacturing environment.

Production Operator I Details:

Temporary position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Various shifts available

MUST be able to work in Cleanroom full time with PPE
Coordinate daily QC inspection activities based on production priorities and risk
Ensure adherence to inspection plans, drawings, specifications, and standardized inspection methods
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards such ISO 13485
Escalate critical quality risks that may impact product quality, delivery, or compliance
Perform inspections regularly to support workload and ensure continuity of operations

Production Operator I Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Must have ability to take independent decisions regarding the product.
Working knowledge of production flow and processes
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required for leading others
Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge.
