Automotive Sales ManagerElevation Chevrolet GMC is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality vehicles. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team.As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales department. You will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, developing and motivating a high-performing sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Recruit, hire, train, and develop a highly motivated sales teamSet and achieve aggressive sales goals and objectivesMonitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvementImplement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market shareManage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotationNegotiate deals with customers to maximize profitabilityProvide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptlyFoster a positive and supportive work environmentQualifications:Proven track record of success in automotive sales managementStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and best practicesStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using dealership management systemsValid driver's license
