Greater Boston builders are hiring Project Managers for multifamily work, from wood frame walk ups to podium mid rise. You own the job: buyout, the budget, the schedule you build with your superintendent, and an owner who calls you rather than your boss. BELMONT Search is a construction executive search firm. We recruit at the operating level for general contractors and construction managers across Greater Boston. The job: - Ground up multifamily and mixed use, buyout through turnover - Budget, change orders, monthly requisitions and forecasts that hold - Subcontractor buyout and the strategy behind it - Owner and development team meetings you run - Assistant project managers and engineers learning the job from you Seven years or more in the office with real multifamily depth. Wood frame over a structural podium, and unit turnover experience, are what this market is short of right now. Base is $120,000 to $165,000.
