Social Media Project Manager

Position Type: 1099 Contractor (Potential to Transition to W-2) Pay Range: $40,000-50,000/year Help Us Build Something Bigger We're looking for a Media Project Manager This isn't just an editing position. You'll become the person responsible for ensuring every project we deliver reflects the quality our clients expect. You'll oversee our editing workflow, manage creative projects from start to finish, and help us continue raising the standard for local business marketing. Responsibilities As our Media Project Manager, you'll help keep every project moving smoothly by: Culling and organizing photo and video files. Creating basic video edits for client projects. Structuring, scripting, and storyboarding social media ads and marketing videos Managing the workflow of our team of four remote video editors. Review completed edits and providing quality control before delivery. Communicate revision requests and creative direction to editors. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards. Deliver final media to clients. Help improve our internal workflows as we continue to grow. What Success Looks Like Projects are consistently delivered on time. Every client receives polished, professional marketing content that reflects the standard we’ve already created. Editors receive clear direction and efficient feedback. Clients have an exceptional experience from project start to finish. You become a key leader in helping our creative team scale. Schedule & Flexibility We believe in giving people the freedom to do their best work. After training, most work can be completed remotely. After training, expect to be in our Pensacola office approximately 1–2 days per week for collaboration, planning, and team meetings. As long as projects are completed on time and communication is strong, you'll have flexibility in how you structure your work. Compensation & Growth 1099 contractor position. These Qualifications/Skills Will Help A Bachelors degree in an adjacent field, including but not limited to: marketing, film, advertising, screenwriting, english Proficiency in one video editing software like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Enjoy writing Have a social media account or YouTube channel that create videos for fun on! Really at the end of the day, most of the required skills needed can be taught to you. We're really just looking for someone who enjoys making cool stuff within the realm of media!
