Aerospace TIG Welder

Win-Tech, Inc., an aerospace and defense precision manufacturing company in Kennesaw, Georgia, is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. This is not an entry-level welding position. We are looking for an experienced welder with strong GTAW/TIG welding expertise who understands the precision, documentation, workmanship, and process-control requirements associated with aerospace and defense manufacturing. The Right Person for This Role Aerospace welding requires more than the ability to lay down a good bead. We need someone who understands that the drawing, specification, WPS, material identification, qualification status, and documentation are all part of the finished product. The right candidate takes pride in precision, understands when something doesn't look right, and is comfortable stopping and asking questions rather than making assumptions. You should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with machinists, inspectors, engineers, and production leadership.
