We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business.We're looking for driven Sales Associates to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone with one to three years of professional experience who wants real room to grow, make a meaningful impact at a startup, and be rewarded for their results.What You'll DoAssist in prospecting and qualifying potential clients through research, cold calling, and networkingProvide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting their insurance program to their usersCollaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to strategy sessionsAnalyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunitiesHandle administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems, preparing reports, and tracking sales metricsWho You Are1+ year(s) of experience in technology sales, brokerage, management consultant, venture capital, or investment bankingStrong interest in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a strong work ethic and comfort operating in a fast-paced environmentHigh energy, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of challengesThe salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 with performance based incentives and up to $120,000 and $200,000 OTEOur (FTE) BenefitsCompetitive salary, equity, and role trajectoryComprehensive health benefits for you and your family401(k) plan with company matchUnlimited PTOPaid parental leaveAbout AuthenticAuthentic builds the infrastructure that program insurance runs on.
