Responsibilities of the RBT Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals Collect data on targeted behaviors Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementationAssist in the development of individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Qualifications of the RBT RBT Certification Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner Join the Hidden Light family, apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
