KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization. Provide subject matter and design expertise for high-level program design Manage project timelines, budgets, and relationships with stakeholders Support L&D lead with bespoke projects and drive the KDN L&D’s overall learning strategy Design and develop engaging learning materials (eLearning, instructor-led, blended solutions) Lead and design a curriculum refresh Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training requirements Qualifications: Minimum ten years recent experience designing and delivering high-quality learning courses and programs within matrixed environments Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field Extensive experience in instructional design, people management, and program management Proven ability to design and develop effective learning programs and a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models Experience with various instructional design tools and technologies (authoring tools, LMS, multimedia software) Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, a logical approach, ability to meet deadlines, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
