Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

• Organizes and maintains customer files using project management software
• Receives sales orders from customers and processes them through QuickBooks software
• Communicates with field employees to ensure accuracy of project details and information including scheduling
• Communicates scheduling and logistics information or issues with customers
• Manages project revenue cycle to include creating sales orders, invoicing, billing, posting customer checks, and collections
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
