Assistant General Manager – Upscale Fine Dining

Phoenix, AZ | $90,000–$100,000

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a premier upscale fine-dining restaurant in Phoenix, AZ . This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

• AGM or senior Restaurant Manager experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong knowledge of elevated service standards and hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing FOH teams
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, cost controls, and restaurant financials
• Excellent communication and guest-recovery skills
• Professional, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
• Wine and beverage knowledge a plus
