Monarch Leasing Consultant As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. It’s more than a job – it’s a career focused on creating unique experiences and ensuring that residents see their apartments as homes. Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour plus up to $100 commission per rental (most employees earn over $10,000 in commissions per year). Location: Evansville, IN – IndianWoods Apartments. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9 am–6 pm with occasional Saturdays 10 am–4 pm.
