Claims Processor

Insight Global is currently hiring a Claims Processor for our client in Snellville, GA. Our client is an established insurance services organization that is seeking a Claims Processor to support operations within its Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) department. This individual will play a key role in setting up and processing claims, maintaining policy documentation, and providing high-quality customer service to lenders and insured parties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new insurance claims and request required documentation from lenders and insureds
- Calculate, reconcile, and prepare claim documentation for settlement
- Maintain accurate, well-organized policy files and records
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone and email
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

This is a direct placement position with a yearly salary of $60,000-$70,000/yr, depending upon qualifications and years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in an in-office professional environment
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or financial processing experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Typing speed of 45-50 WPM with a high level of accuracy


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Associate degree
- Experience working in an insurance or a financial institution setting
