Previous call center, appointment-setting, or inside sales experience within roofing, remodeling, HVAC, solar, windows, siding, or other home services industries . Candidates must be comfortable speaking with homeowners, gathering qualifying information about the property and project, overcoming objections, and converting leads into scheduled appointments.
