As a Dialysis RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients with chronic kidney conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Covering as Charge Nurse and participating in care rounds with the physician
• Attending IDT meetings and reporting abnormal findings
• Documenting and completing care plans and assessments
• Performing medication reconciliation and monthly progress notes on all patients
• Working within your scope of practice as requested by the client
• Floating to other Albany area clinics as needed

Requirements for this role include:

• Compact RN license
• BLS certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Charge experience required
• Ability to work shifts approximately from 0500-1700 on MWF, with occasional staffing meetings on T/Th
• Willingness to participate in a Saturday rotation based on client need
