Tax, Trusts & Estates Attorney

A full service law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group at the Of Counsel level. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level attorney with deep experience advising high net worth clients on sophisticated estate matters. Attorneys joining the firm work alongside highly regarded professionals in a collaborative environment that values innovation, client service, and long term career growth. Must Haves Minimum 10+ years of experience practicing Tax, Trusts & Estates law. Strong background in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters. Experience advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies. Admission to both New Jersey and New York bars. Excellent drafting, analytical, and client service skills. Nice to Haves Experience with business succession planning and family wealth transfer strategies. Exposure to charitable and philanthropic planning matters. Experience structuring family partnerships, family limited liability companies, and similar planning vehicles. Prior law firm experience or comparable private practice background. Experience with sophisticated estate planning techniques and structures.
