Strategic Compensation Leader | Equity & Field Programs

Stryker Orthopaedics

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Compensation Manager based in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for designing and managing comprehensive compensation programs that ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy. You will lead compensation planning across diverse roles, manage equity compensation for leadership, and drive analytics for pay equity. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of progressive compensation experience.
