Senior Embedded Software Engineer - RTOS & Vehicle Systems

Role Description This is an on-site contract role for an Embedded Software Engineer V, located in Dallas, TX. The engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, and developing embedded software solutions for complex systems. Tasks include debugging, optimizing software performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications. The role will also involve ensuring software compliance with industry standards and contributing to system-level software design. Key Responsibilities Embedded software feature development Support vehicle control systems, actuators & perception sensors Work on multithreaded RTOS-based applications Unit testing, integration testing & simulation Software integration & fielded system support Continuous refactoring and reusable design practices Required Skills 7+ years of embedded software development experience Multithreaded embedded applications Experience with distributed version control systems Strong debugging and integration skills Familiarity with electrical/mechanical systems Preferred Skills Device drivers & flash programming tools Controls systems & unmanned vehicle systems Bachelor’s in EE, CS, CE or related field required (Master’s preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr SARACA
