Before and After-school Program Leader – San Ramon Valley, CA School year: 2026‑2027. Start date: Mid to late June. Schools: Rancho Romero Elementary School & Creekside Elementary School. Must be available Monday‑Friday; 3 start times available, no weekends. AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins! Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students’ interests and talents. Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered. Qualifications 15 semester units (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university. At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center. 12 units of courses covering child growth and development, human development, child/family/community, or program/curriculum. Registered and have full clearance from state childcare licensing agency. Proof of experience as required by state licensing regulations.
