Sparrow + Wolf is hiring a Floor Manager / Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering a world-class guest experience while developing people and systems.

You will be asked to oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership of the restaurant FOH staff. Do so in a manner that achieves stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, beverage quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
