Remote Health Information Coding Trainer
Saint Francis Health System
Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Health Information Coding Trainer to ensure coders stay up to date with regulatory changes and hospital reimbursement. The role leads on-the-job training, audits trainee coding, and collaborates with HIM management to design curriculum. CCS certification is required; RHIA/RHIT or CRC preferred.
5–7 years of facility coding experience is expected. Remote training capabilities are essential.
