Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN licensure required Certifications: Moderate sedation experience required Must-Have: Moderate sedation experience. Interventional Radiology experience preferred. Description: Unit Information The unit features 4 beds and 1 procedure room. Staff includes 2 RNs and 1 IR tech during day shifts. The night shift consists of 2 RNs and 1 IR tech. Typical patient ratios follow standard practices. Equipment used includes an EMR system. Common procedures performed on the unit include: - Paracentesis - Thoracentesis - Port placement - Permanent catheter placement The best personality fit would be someone who aligns with team values and shows adaptability. The dress code consists of gray scrubs. There are no weekend or on-call responsibilities.
