Medical Assistant Contract Opportunity
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Medical Assistants for contract assignments at partnering hospitals in New Britain, Connecticut. Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Medical Assistant Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred
- 1 year of experience preferred
Medical Assistant Contract Details:
- $680 - $1,028 per week*
- Contract lengths are 13 to 26 weeks
- Hospital Setting
- Weekly pay
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.
Medical Assistants may be required to:
- Interview patients, record their medical history, and measure their vital signs
- Prepare patients for exams
- Assist doctors during exams
- Help patients get ready to see the doctor
