Mariani Landscape is Hiring – Crew Member (Fall Season) Job Overview Mariani Landscape is hiring Crew Members! As a Crew Member, you'll contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes. Your expertise will be applied to maintaining lawns and gardens, ensuring each area reflects our high standards. You'll also play a crucial role in seasonal pruning, shaping and enhancing the beauty of our client's properties. DATE: September 12, 2026 TIME: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM BRANCH: Bridgman LOCATION: 2721 Hinchman Rd Bridgman, MI 49106 Responsibilities and Duties Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming. Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs. Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants. Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area. Operate various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers. Job Requirements At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers. Landscaping is a physically demanding job - expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.
