Supplier Billing Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supplier billing processes for multiple vendors
Analyze and resolve discrepancies in SES, AES32, and CATS data
Investigate payment delays and coordinate corrective actions as needed
Partner with Contract Administrators and suppliers to resolve invoice issues promptly
Process and reconcile vendor payments and aging reports
Run system data extracts to support financial analysis and reporting
Facilitate supplier training on billing processes and system usage
Troubleshoot SAP/AES system errors and rejections
Drive process improvements and ensure billing accuracy
