Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven expertise in labor management, cesarean sections, operative vaginal delivery, and related procedures
• Strong decision-making abilities, with experience handling high-risk pregnancy cases, including previous cesarean deliveries
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with midwives and other healthcare providers
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient safety and care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Additional certifications in maternal-fetal medicine or minimally invasive procedures
• Background in hospital-based obstetric care during night shifts or on-call situations
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting, managing obstetric emergencies and routine procedures
• Prior experience in high-volume, emergency-ready environments is highly favored

Other Requirements:

• Valid medical license in the state of employment
• BLS/ACLs certification required
• Ability to participate in 24/7 call coverage, with on-call support handled remotely
• Flexibility to work on scheduled dates from June 18, 2026, through ongoing engagements
