Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time (Afternoons)

Location: Clinic-Based in Cary, NC

Pay & Highlights

• Pay Model: Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)
  • Initial Evaluation (IE) Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per evaluation
  • Follow-Up (FU) Rate: $32.00 – $37.00 per visit
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 (paid within the first 90 days; requires a 1-year commitment)
• Job Type: Part-Time, W2 (Afternoon Availability Required)
• Benefits Eligibility: Partial/full benefits eligible if maintaining over 25 visits per week!

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric SLP to join our growing clinic team during afternoon hours. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills and reach their full potential through:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based and play-based therapy.
• Treating a variety of disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency, and social communication difficulties.
• Engaging and educating families to support their child's development at home.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• State Licensure: Valid and current NC license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Availability: Available for afternoon clinic shifts.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and child engagement skills; strong knowledge of developmental milestones.
• Setting: Experience in a pediatric clinic setting is preferred.
