We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to work on a PRN (as-needed) basis, providing exceptional healthcare services to our 53 senior residents. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to senior residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and medication administration Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans Respond promptly to residents’ needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion Document all care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards Skills and Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Proven experience in senior or long‑term care nursing preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work PRN hours as needed At Stonewall Living Center, we foster a caring and inclusive environment that values our staff’s growth and well‑being.
