Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status. Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records. Educate patients and their families about health management and post‑discharge care. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in a hospital setting preferred. Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts reliably. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
