SUMMARY:

Integrity National Corporation is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple client accounts and service locations within an assigned region. This leadership position combines operations management, customer relationship management, business development, and team leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery, account growth, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with managing multi-site operations, developing client relationships, growing revenue, and supporting new contract start-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

Oversee multiple client accounts and service locations within an assigned region.
Ensure contracted services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client expectations.
Supervise, coach, and develop Account Managers, Supervisors, and site leadership teams.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews.
Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and operational coverage across assigned accounts.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Support proposal development and account growth initiatives.
Expand services within existing accounts and generate additional revenue opportunities.
Participate in sales and business development activities to help achieve regional growth objectives.

New Site Start-Up Support
Provide hands-on operational support for new contract start-ups.
Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and systems setup.
Ensure equipment, supplies, uniforms, and operational resources are in place before service commencement.
Support transition of new sites to permanent leadership.

Financial & Performance Management
Manage account budgets and monitor financial performance.
Review labor costs, overtime, and staffing utilization.
Control supply expenses and operational costs.
Implement corrective actions to improve profitability and service performance.
Prepare operational, staffing, quality, sales, and financial reports.

Customer Relations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Respond promptly to service concerns and escalated issues.
Conduct routine customer meetings and business reviews.
Support high customer satisfaction and account retention.

Qualifications
Required
Experience managing multiple client accounts and service locations.
Experience leading managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
Proven business development and account growth experience.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Experience with staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Budget management and financial oversight experience.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
Experience in janitorial, facilities management, commercial cleaning, or service operations.
Experience supporting new site start-ups and operational transitions.
