Position Name: Production Associate / Operator

Location: Stokesdale North Carolina 27357

Duration: 6 months to hire  (Possible to extend)
Pay Rate: $18.65/hr
Shift : 3:00PM – 1:30AM Monday-Thursday; OT as needed

Finish End Crew Member

Location: Stokesdale, NC 27357

Shift:

·         Monday – Thursday

·         3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

·         Overtime as needed

Position Summary

The Finish End Crew Member is responsible for safely stacking materials, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all shipments meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

·         Inspect products for defects and proper paint coverage.

·         Complete quality control documentation accurately.

·         Grade materials according to customer specifications.

·         Separate and remove materials that do not meet quality standards.

·         Pack products according to customer requirements, including proper stacking, banding, counting, and palletizing.

·         Maintain accurate production records and process orders using display monitors.

·         Prepare finished units for shipment by properly securing and tagging products.

·         Perform minor repairs, including putty repairs and weatherstrip adjustments as needed.

·         Communicate production counts and completion status in a timely manner.

·         Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.

·         Assist in other production areas as required.

Qualifications

Required

·         Must be at least 18 years old.

·         Minimum completion of 9th grade.

·         Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

·         Ability to read and use tape measures, calipers, and product specifications.

·         Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

·         Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·         Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.

·         Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

·         At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

·         Stand for up to 10 hours per shift.

·         Climb stairs and ladders as needed.

·         Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.

·         Walk, bend, twist, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs.

·         Work in temperatures exceeding 95&degree;F.

·         Work in an environment with exposure to wood dust and aluminum materials.
