Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What This Job Involves:The Maintenance Engineer has wide ranging responsibilities for the electrical and mechanical systems at the assigned buildings; including but not limited to the following:Performs service requests, ensuring that work is executed professionally, efficiently and with minimum amount of disruption to the client.Completes general maintenance tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, plumbing repairs, change light bulbs / ballasts, hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems as assigned.Responds effectively to emergencies and support after-hours building related activity as requested.Troubleshoots system and equipment failures.Complies with policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.Maintains records for work completed in a neat and organized manner.Maintains machinery, equipment and tools in working order.Maintains a clean and safe work environment.Performs other maintenance duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and use ladders up to 26'Electrical and mechanical aptitude a mustKnowledge of office furniture systemsTeam player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate well verbally, email and written reportsSpeak fluent EnglishSound like you?
