Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, dependable, and highly organized Facilities & Mail Operations Coordinator to support our office in Scottsdale, AZ. In this multifaceted role, you will take full ownership of daily mail distribution, facility upkeep, vendor management, and overall office operations to ensure a smooth, clean, and efficient workplace environment. salary: $24 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Mail Management & Distribution Collect all incoming physical mail, packages, and deliveries.

Sort, scan, and electronically distribute correspondence to appropriate team members and stakeholders.

Maintain clear, organized records of scanned mail while handling sensitive/confidential materials with discretion.

Facilities Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office maintenance needs.

Partner with building management and external service vendors to resolve facilities issues promptly.

Track and follow up on work orders, maintenance requests, and preventative upkeep schedules.

Office Operations Support Perform routine office walkthroughs to maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and safety.

Oversee on-site service vendors (janitorial, security, maintenance, etc.).

Monitor office supplies, track inventory, handle incoming deliveries, and assist with ad hoc workplace tasks.

Qualifications & Experience Experience:

Prior experience in facilities coordination, mailroom operations, or office administration preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).

Core Competencies:

Organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.

Work Style:

Proactive mindset, customer-service oriented, and the ability to manage daily responsibilities independently with a sense of ownership.
