Route Sales Representative

50 Hours a Week Target. Variable Off Days. Works Most Weekends and All Holidays. Start time between 2AM and 5AM. Job Description $70,400/year target earnings. Route Sales Representatives responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. You drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales. The role requires working independently, maintaining accurate records, and operating in a fast‑paced, physical environment. Frequent Tasks Complete four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training. Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers. Build relationships, sell in displays, complete national initiatives to grow sales. Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physically demanding environment. Achieve a schedule with set days off and maintain consistent route performance. Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other required licensures as per state law. Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
