Inside Account Manager

Inside Account Manager (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Franklin, TN (100% onsite, 5 days/week) Schedule: Full-time (8:00am-5:00pm preferred) Pay: $25-28/hour + commissions Start: ASAP Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing and dormant customer accounts (no cold prospecting) Re-engage inactive customers and drive account growth opportunities Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and relationship-building calls Serve as the main point of contact and resolve customer needs/issues Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams Track all activity and maintain accurate notes in CRM/ERP systems Qualifications 2-3 years customer-facing or account management experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Comfortable with frequent outbound calling and managing a large book of business CRM experience and proactive, team-oriented mindset Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographical considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
