Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health states to inform treatment planning.

• Identify key areas of concern, developing individualized therapeutic plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers when necessary to ensure the best continuum of care for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for diverse conditions including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Perform regular check-ins and reevaluations while providing accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system.

• Refer clients to appropriate resources when specialized care is required and maintain clear communication with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to adjustment disorders, trauma-related issues, grief and loss, personality disorders, and stress management. Your expertise will guide clients through critical transitions in their lives, providing insight and strategies to help them achieve their mental health goals. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 for full-time employees, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
