The employee ensures efficiency through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Previous professional experience in accounting is preferred. Essential Functions: Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Manage maintenance and repair work orders. Communicate via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain electronic and manual filing system.
