Job Description

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact supporting financial professionals and their businesses. You will provide support through phone, email, and chat, helping resolve service-related inquiries while delivering a high level of customer care.

This is a fast-paced position where you will interact with advisors throughout the day, troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and provide timely responses.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 35-40 inbound calls, emails, and chats daily
• Research and resolve customer service inquiries and operational issues
• Provide professional support and guidance to financial professionals
• Navigate multiple systems to locate information and identify solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry
• Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing productivity goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• 1-3 years of data entry or administrative support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
• Interest in financial services and career development

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in banking, finance, insurance, hospitality, retail, or other service-focused industries
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification
• Experience handling a high volume of calls or customer interactions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
