Talent Acquisition Clerk
KIHOMAC
Expertise And Functions
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and confirmations
Prescreen candidates with phone screenings as needed
Provide support to Talent Acquisition team in resolving WorkFlow hold ups or obstacles
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Work closely with Lead to train on TA skills and to learn company processes, etc.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed
Ensure Job Descriptions and other essential forms are properly recorded and stored
Other duties as assigned
