Product Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies that support Customer Engagement & Growth priorities. Lead the full lifecycle of consumer and commercial banking products. Identify product opportunities through market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback. Build product roadmaps aligned with business goals, regulations, and customer needs. Define product vision, strategy, and KPIs with cross functional partners. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Organizational Development (OD), Compliance, IT, and frontline teams to deliver and support products. Manage product launches, including training, communications, and go to market plans. Communicate product direction and progress to senior leadership. Partner with Marketing on campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. Define target customer segments and personas to guide positioning and messaging. Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction to drive enhancements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk protocols. Coordinate operational changes tied to new or updated products. Maintain product documentation and reporting for performance, profitability, and compliance. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred); a minimum of 7 years in banking with direct experience in product management, marketing, or operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong understanding of commercial and/or treasury management solutions and how they support business clients. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage multiple initiatives. Experience using data and insights to make informed product decisions.
