Role Overview (What You’ll Do)

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll connect with homeowners, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. You’ll help keep sales calendars full, recover openings when appointments cancel, and make sure each appointment is set up to give our Sales Team the best opportunity to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners and confidently convert qualified opportunities into sales appointments
• Monitor sales calendars and work to keep available appointment capacity filled
• Quickly refill canceled or newly opened appointment slots through new leads, follow-up, reschedules, and short-notice opportunities
• Confirm decision-makers, appointment details, and accurate customer information so appointments are qualified and ready to run

• 20+ issued appointments per week
• 0.5+ appointments per hour
• 90%+ sales calendar fill rate
• 80%+ of canceled or opened slots recovered
• 35%+ 2-Party (AIP) rate
• 80%+ sit rate
• 98%+ data accuracy

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• 1 year of Inside Sales, Appointment Setting, or Sales and Customer Service Equivalent Experience
• A warm and inviting phone voice
• Must pass a background and drug test
• Must be comfortable following and adhering to scripts
