Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Production Technician, where you will assemble and fabricate antennas utilized in the aerospace and defense industry. You will be responsible for drilling, lasing, etching, and soldering components, and operating additional equipment and machines as needed. Quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced environment will excel during training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate antennas for aerospace and defense use.
• Perform drilling, lasing, etching, and soldering tasks.
• Operate various equipment and machines as required.
• Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all tasks.

Essential Skills

• Soldering proficiency.
• Experience with assembly and production line work.
• Knowledge of electronic assembly.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Expertise in using hand and power tools.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance
• Minimum of 2 years production experience in military, aerospace, government, or electronics companies.
• Ability to train on a split shift (10-6) until fully trained.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hand/eye coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Work Environment

Work the 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM in a state-of-the-art facility, with an additional facility coming soon next door.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bedford, NH.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Bedford,NH.
