This position is 100% onsite.This role oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing AAR-47 projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. The successful candidate must demonstrate consistent exemplary judgement while embodying Northrop Grumman company values and leadership behaviors. They should thrive in a fast-paced work environment characterized by high expectations, a wide range of diverse assignments, and a collaborative team atmosphere.Provide consistent administrative and coordination support across the project lifecycleMaintain and update essential project documentation, including schedules, planning materials, cost information and meeting recordsSupport the production and distribution of project reports and performance updatesCoordinate project?related activities including customer meetings and functional syncsPrepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow?up items are delivered by other functional areasSupport risk and opportunity tracking and communicate updates to stakeholdersMaintain project management systems and ensure accurate record?keepingComplete billings processing and update government systemsPrepare and review program documents including CDRLs, internal deliverables, and other artifacts as directed by the Program ManagerAssist with generating and consolidating basis of estimates for proposalsBasic Qualifications:Must have 1 year of related project management experience with a Bachelors, 3+ years with associate's degreeAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (not required to obtain before hire)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectMust be able to manage several ongoing tasks through completionFile and SharePoint management experienceMust be able to work any shiftMust be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, GeorgiaPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Management or similarExperience with briefing, public speaking, and strong team communication skillsStrong problem?solver with excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with scheduling multiple items and quickly adapting to rapid changesExperience working independently and capable of self-prioritizing and tasking with a consistent cadenceExperience working within teams: projects, meeting schedules, and goalsExperience collaborating with customers: meetings, presentations, and toursPrimary Level Salary Range: $54,400.00 - $81,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
