QA Analyst II

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative software solutions, is seeking a QA Analyst II to join their team. As a QA Analyst II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Analyst II

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Pay Range: $40-$45 per hour

What's the Job?

• Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features to ensure product quality.
• Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive resolution.
• Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans aligned with project requirements.
• Support QA leads in developing test strategies and creating detailed test plans.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools, quality metrics, and basic scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
