We are looking for a Real Estate Specialist to play a key role in our development strategy by sourcing, evaluating, and recommending locations that support our ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity to combine market intelligence, commercial insight, and relationship management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You Will Do Identify, evaluate, and introduce suitable locations to support business development and expansion plans. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites and real estate opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within target areas. Conduct preliminary commercial and location viability assessments. Collect, analyze, and interpret market, demographic, and competitive data to support decision-making. Prepare comprehensive site evaluation reports and present recommendations to key stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and property owners. Support lease and commercial negotiations when required. Utilize company systems and tools, including the IRIS Platform where applicable, to manage and track opportunities. Prepare and submit reports, maps, studies, technical information, and supporting documentation related to identified sites. Ensure all submitted information is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards and timelines. What We're Looking For Degree in Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales and/or development, brokerage, property management, or real estate consulting. Strong negotiation skills Commercial awareness Knowledge of contract management Results orientation Excellent command of the Greek and English language Proficiency in MS Office A valid category B License Ability to travel extensively within Greece Who are we?
