To realize this goal, we gain a deep understanding of the education sectors we engage withat all levels from strategic to tactical. We create a vision that inspires educators to transform their classrooms and campuses using Apple products. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for solutions and new use cases, and then we help drive execution of the solution. As a Higher Education Regional Manager focused on our West region, you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day supervision of a team of field-based Account Executives, Leadership Executives and Inside Sales Account Executives that partner with Higher Education customers to transform teaching and learning environments with Apple products. Through your leadership and inspiration, you will ensure the team is operating with efficiency and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance targets, and receiving regular support from a professional development perspective. You will be the point of expertise and accountability for your territory, providing the training, resources, knowledge and infrastructure needed to support US growth objectives. This is a home-based field sales leadership position that can be based in any of the job posting locations listed on the Careers Site. This role requires up to 50% domestic travel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in technology sales, solution-based selling, or similar role leading individuals to attain revenue targets and drive business growth
• Background working with channel partners and/or supporting multiple routes to market
• Solid understanding of the Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Must have a valid Driver's License and access to your own reliable transportation to drive within your territory for customer meetings

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,500 and $333,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
