Part Time Receptionist

This Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist opportunity is with a leading education technology organization serving K-8 students nationwide. Pay: $23-$24/hour . Schedule: 6 days per month (2 weeks per month), Monday-Wednesday from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. Location: North Billerica, MA. Job Responsibilities Greet employees, visitors, and guests in a friendly, professional manner. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and manage visitor access. Welcome executive-level and VIP guests and ensure a positive arrival experience. Coordinate catering deliveries and direct vendors to the appropriate locations. Collaborate with facilities staff to ensure catering orders, supplies, and equipment are delivered correctly. Maintain a polished, business-professional presence at reception and support daily office operations. Candidate Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with employees, guests, and executives. Ability to remain seated for extended periods as needed. Previous experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
